FOUNDATION Olena Yatsen, a Ukrainian, has lived in her adopted country of Spain longer than in her homeland. Her Eastern European accent is tinged with the lilt of southern Spain, specifically, that of San Juan del Puerto (Huelva). José María Rodríguez has spent his whole life here.
